This is our main mixing and mastering studio. It's the perfect place to hear every detail of your music and, like all of our studios, there's abundant natural light.
The structure of the studio complex and acoustics of Control Room One were designed by U.S. acoustician Jeff Hedback of Hedback Designed Acoustics and we love everything about working here.
In March 2018, Control Room One's acoustics were independently evaluated and found to be in the top 2% of control rooms in the world due to its linearity, left-to-right matching, stereo-imaging, RT60 and complete absence of room resonances.
The trapezoidal room features Duntech Princess monitors (flat to 35 Hz) powered by custom built Hypex 700w RMS monoblock amplifiers fed from Crane Song HEDD192 D/A converter (system master clock) via RME UCX interface.
